The Menu was inside La Superior, a spanish grocery story. It is written in spanish but also english despite the rest of the story being primarily in spanish. Even the label on the coca-cola is in spanish. Interestingly enough at the register there was also a sign that was written in spanish and english meaning that although their primary customers are spanish speakers, they must account for the occasional english speaker and thus have some translations.
